Accessibility Statement
Updated 22 September 2026
Our commitment
Dial & Crown wants every reader to be able to enjoy its horology coverage. We design the site with accessibility in mind and target the practices of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy so screen readers and keyboard navigation work properly.
- Text-first editorial design: articles are fully readable without images.
- Meaningful alt text on editorial images.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- A responsive, mobile-first layout that works at common zoom levels.
- The consent panel and cookie preferences are operable by keyboard and screen reader.
- We use the system font stack, which respects your operating system's text rendering and size settings.
What we do not claim
We have not undergone a formal third-party accessibility certification or audit. This statement describes our practices and intent, not a certification.
Feedback
Accessibility is ongoing work. If you encounter a barrier while using the site, please tell us through the channels on our Contact page and describe the page and the problem you met. We will make reasonable efforts to address it.
